Up a little, but previous day was too much. I really tried my best to stay with the program. I think with was the pizza from Friday that did it. Over a little but could have been a lot worse for a weekend day - at home with my husband.
Another weekend day to go - will try my hardest.
86,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 8,8 kg.    Nog te gaan: 18,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
