96,6 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 9,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 10,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

wondering what push pull sled is.

Some gym. may have sleds like EOS Gym that's where I workout and you can even add weight to make it heavier! When you get a chance go to YouTube and look up push pull sled. It's an awesome cardio workout! 🙂
