Today I have decided to go completely raw....I have been experimenting with this for a while and I feel much better. So no wheat, no dairy, no meat for me....Plenty of fresh fruits and veggies and nuts. I need to exercise more ad make it top priority - i always loved to exercise but now i can't seem to make it top priority.I need to be more assertive about this with the family.
