Today was my 5K - it was amazing - over 800 survivors and over 19,000 participants - it was so much easier than running on the treadmill - there was so much going on all around me as I ran that the time just flew by! It was such a great feeling. After that I went over to my Dads and we had a family reunion - both my brothers, my sister and her husband and my brother's wife and kids were there with me and my kids and my Dad - kids swam and played and we all had a great visit - all in all a wonderful day! I was so busy I did really well with food too! Tomorrow we are going to see Fiddler on the Roof!
