Dr. today was so nervous I know how bad I have been I have been eating candy, donuts, muffins and lots of other things I know I shouldn't eat. being a Diabetic I know what to eat and what not to eat. but when people offer me these things I just can't refuse I got to get back with doing what is good. The only good thing was that there was no weight gain from the last time I was there So I got to get back on the diet train and hope to lose some fat
