Just went to a health fair at my job where they had this fancy scale that did your Weight height BMI etc. so as per the scale I should be between 117.8 to 158.6 for my 'ideal' weight. I've got some work to do. They do the fair every year and every year I am over where I 'should' be. My goal is to be in the middle of that target by the next fair.:)
