I have seriously fallen off the wagon as far as accurate tracking goes over the Christmas holiday, and completely off track for the last month in the gym. I started a new job after being self employed for the last two decades and it completely threw off my schedule (plus all of the treats in the office! Not to mention 1/4 of the steps I usually was getting). On the positive, I'm still losing weight so I think I've managed my portion sizes well. This week I started back at the gym consistently as well and I'm feeling it in my very sore muscles like I'm back at the starting line. I suppose you just have to roll with the Rollercoaster of life sometimes and not beat yourself up too much. Onward! Technically only 8lbs to go to my goal but I think I'll be moving that down to 150lbs once I get there, so probably more like 13lbs to go.
