Not unhappy with this, considering we had 2 braais this weekend, and I didn’t go crazy on chips etc. I did exceed my calorie limit for the first time yesterday, (1600 calories consumed) but will be on track again :) Also really pleased with my continually dropping blood sugar average. This morning’s was 6.1.
