I'm a little frustrated! I stepped on the scale this morning and I weigh 267 lbs. I've been walking like crazy, especially yesterday and I've been drinking water and eating right. Difference is though I'm determined to see the number go down! In the past I would of said screw it and went to McDonalds or something.
121,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 49,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Maybe it's muscle gain from all the walking? :) Maybe just water retention. don't worry, it will come off! :)

I don't know your schedule but I only weigh in first thing in the morning before I eat, and once a week max. My weight will fluctuate a couple pounds day to day. Once I weighed in on my weigh in day and hadn't lost an ounce then the very next day I stepped on the scale again to humor myself and was down a few pounds. Way to go staying strong and sticking with the program!! We have to trust the process, those numbers will come down :)

Everyone is different - I had the experience of working out like crazy and not losing anything on the scale. I quickly realized that the scale is not the only indicator of weightloss. So, I look at other things now like the measurement of my waistline and the fit of my clothes. Once the scale started to catch up with my true weightloss it was quite amazing to watch. Don't lose hope - stay consistent and focused.

Yes that is the way we USED to handle frustrations ...but NOT NOW!!! Congrats to you for blazing a NEW path...for embracing a NEW day...Keep Climbing...if we do, the RESULTS will follow!!! Good Job...Buddy!!!

Thanks :) I'm trying not to get to obsessed with the scale. I woke up feeling good and that alone is a plus!

Stick to it and it will happen. I weigh every day and it is a little disheartening when you see it go in the wrong direction. But I only record it here once a week and as long as that's headed down I feel good. I see the slight up days as a reminder that I can't let up because it would be all too easy to gain it back.

Yeah, don't mind the scale, but focus on how you feel, your body and the measurement of your waistline. And most important, adapt to a way of eating you can enjoy the rest of your life. And after a week or so your clothes become more lose around your body. Hang in there, buddy!
