appt with the pharmacist to do my blood pressure weight etc bad results hasn't been updated since 2019 high BP 180/120 went back the next day same results so now on bp medication until further notice. it's been a few years since I was on this appt and my lifestyle has been crap obv the dramatic weight gain but since he weighed me I am back on to a healthier way of life incorporating healthy eating, exercise and self care with positivity and motivation again.
