suggestion enjoy your little steps at a time. five yourself a reward when you lose your next 3lbs. quit looking at the scale for a month muscle mass weights more. pay attention on how your clothes fit. keep drinking you water. you got thos I hope this helps. congrats on you weight lose.

I have learned that true and sustainable weight loss happens in the mind and changing up our thoughts, patterns, habits. 3.4 lbs is terrific. Love the journey not the destination. You will arrive in time safe and sound. Just remember to breathe.

Little at a time. I've been stuck at a plateau for a LONG time...HOWEVER, I look at it this way, I'm STILL down over 100 lbs!!! I haven't gained anything back and at least I know I can maintain! You'll do it. Just a little inspiration and consistency go a long way! I need that consistency back in my head! LOL! At any rate, enjoy the journey!

Yay! I feel overwhelmed sometimes too so I set a monthly goal for weightloss to get me to my big goal on time so it helps me get excited when I hit that number or try harder when I don't instead of focusing on how much I have left. I have a minimum easy goal for first weightloss mark and then a goal of what I'd want and just focus on at least the minimum. Cause i know if I get the monthly one and don't quit, I'll get there and it helps me not get overwhelmed hitting the small goals. You are doing great!!!!
