Inflammation down . I walked a mile Saturday and a mile on Sunday plus watched fat and carbs. My ankle and hip are dying. I need to get my custom ankle brace so hopefully I can walk daily. Even with COPD, and a mask on, I was not struggling to breathe. It’s so important to live when you can regardless of pain. I went from an electric wheelchair to a wheelchair to a walker. I haven’t used any of them in over 6 months. Wheelchair has been a year and I’m selling the electric wheelchair. I will not go back into one willingly. My cord is super strong. Hoping to swim several times a week if I can get into a lap class. If you can only move your arms don’t. Move forward.

I have similar appliances - electric cart, wheelchair, walker, crutches, canes. I have not had to use them in a long time either. And hope I don't have to.

That’s awesome! Most people just give up. I changed my life. It may hurt when I exercise, but I’m not stopping. Like you, I’m not going back unless I’m not safely mobile. You go! 🌈🌈

every time I walk my knee brace fall off, I have to get my knee brace resized also, and I keep putting it off.

I hear you. My ankle brace is $173. I’m putting it off. I can’t afford that right now. I use KT tape a lot. It comes with instructions avd there are tons of YouTube videos. My daughter uses it on her knee.
