Binged carb junk food all day yesterday. Had to pick up a prescription and stopped to eyeball the Duncan Hines cake mix and frosting. Might as well have done it. Upset about car insurance increase so I threw a tantrum and had junk all day long. As expected, scale went boing this morning.
