Considering that I had to travel out of state with the passing of my mother, I will take the 1lb. loss. Now to get thru Memorial Day, but planning healthier food for all as I am doing the cooking. Giving thanks to all the men and women who protect our country.

74,6 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 2,3 kg. Nog te gaan: 4,3 kg. Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
