Dr appt went very well bp almost back to normal, liver function results nothing to worry about and according to the drs scales Ive lost 17 kgs but imma go by mine just cos I use them everyday so more like 15 kgs I can only physically see it in my face but ofc certain clothes now r loose on me which is how I'm seeing the weightloss. I don't really have a treat/snacks anymore other than the dark chocolate I have sometimes in yoghurt but I must remember it's ok to have good and bad days mentally and physically, b kind to myself
