baangd's Logboek, 27 mei 15

after the eye opening blood report, i thought of going the old way wherein i will have a little of protein , carbs and fat and have dinner max before 9pm.

i Will have salads or protein shake if my dinner is postponed after 9 pm.

This was the diet I used to follow 2 yrs ago when I reduced 15 kgs.

Once again the routine starts but this time I want to make it permanent.
99,9 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 2,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 24,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Make sure you walk or run every day so that you burn more calories than you eat. You can do this!

deb_n, i am not running these days but i walk around 3 kms daily. home to station 1.4 kms to and fro; station to office 2.4 kms to and fro. my office is 32 kms away from my residence.

I don't run either. It's stressful for my joints. I just walk. If you want to lose more weight, continue to eat healthy and walk 3 km each day. Not just the days you go to work. Every day. :)
