i think this is the lowest weight i've been since i hit puberty unless im blanking on a time i was lower. taking it a bit healthier nowadays compared to a few years back when i was obsessed over losing weight, and its working a lot better. the weight loss has been "slow" but it's moreso that i was plateauting around 220 for a long while, and i think i may have broken through that now. i have hope for being under 200 by the end of summer with the seasonal increase in activity. i think once i do that, i will be happy with my weight for the first time i can remember, even though i wont have hit my long term goals yet of course. i've also increased in height a little, so i appear slimmer at this weight than i would have 2 years back.
