MommaCan's Logboek, 04 mrt 24

Whoot! I have been following self designed KETO diet now since last Monday - so a full week - and I am down 7lbs in that one week! I had a challenge and went to celebrate my sister's 50th at Lucille's but I used this app to test the foods that I could eat (super thankful for Lucille's nutrition calculator that is interactive so I could add/remove foods and obtain nutritional content) and I stayed within my goals! I have learned that I don't take my time for self (walk) during family days - that I can do the walk time during the work day because I am starting work early and taking my lunch break to walk a full hour - but I have not yet mastered taking time for myself when with family. Time is so precious but so too is being a good role model! Here is to week two- a place I have NEVER been before in a diet! Super excited and happy to be here and moving forward!
