My non-diet day was not worth it! I did have fun at girls night out BUT the food was not good enough for the weight gain. We all went to a play that included dinner and it was not very good. The play was okay, the company was excellent. I hope I go back into ketosis today. My next non-diet day is June 27th when I am hosting a baby shower. At least I'll be doing all the cooking and baking.
