Woo hoo! Feels good to be below 160! Amazing how just 5 pounds makes a difference in how my clothes fit! I am learning NOT to turn to food for stress relief and emotional comfort, this is a big step for me.

70,8 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 1,4 kg. Nog te gaan: 2,7 kg. Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Isn't it amazing how that 5 pounds makes such a huge difference? I am feeling better now too. It is almost the end of summer and I am just now getting into all my summer clothes. I really need to find a way to keep the weight down during the winter. Maybe the move to Sioux Falls will help. We made an offer on a twinhome in Whisper Ridge. Hope to hear something in the AM. It isn't finished yet so I will get to chose things. I think we will really like it. Snow and lawn are taken care of for us.
