Up is just what happens,, and I've learned now not to panic.. I'm almost at my goal and that makes me a pretty happy camper! Regardless of what that scale says.. Im happy !@!!
Now What to do for my next trick??? Maybe some muscle definition??? oh yah baby.. im up for some guns!! :)

Yes...don't panic ...very good srategy....lol....AND celebrate ALL you have accomplished...I'm sure gonna celebrate when I eventually make my goal..lol...Wishing you a JUNE filled with healthy choices and happy memories!!!
