Wow - a 700 gram weight loss since yesterday! Yaaay! :) It does seem like the spike day kicked the weight loss back into gear. I hope it will continue going - I will definitely keep my end of the deal by gorging this coming Saturday. Actually, it will be a relief to be able to as we are going for an all-day out-door concert thing, and it's always hard to find low-cal foods a place like that. I'm so happy to see the scale showing a lower number now 4 days in a row, instead of the usual yo-yoing. Now, let's hope it'll keep going. Of course, I am also aware that there WILL be days where it will go up - especially after a low weigh-in like today's - water balance and all that. I woke up thirsty, so I'm thinking that I might be low on water. Life is good!
