Ugh. Well, it's the truth! I have been eating crap & poorly for past two months. Feeling stressed out but doing zero to help myself. Time to shake off the winter blues and bad habits. Do the basics of tracking & weighing food, movement, a positive outlook and be consistent. No magical formula!

Sunshine & Spring really are medicine for me :)

Measurements: waist 48.5"/123cm & belly button/hip 61"/155cm
143,3 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 17,7 kg.    Nog te gaan: 8,3 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.
