I'm finally into the 130's! Slowly inching my way toward my goal.
I'm starting to think that 130 is probably a better goal for me than 135 given that I'm fairly short (5'3"). I actually wanted to put 130 initially, but was afraid that I wouldn't be able to make it. It seemed so far away from my starting point! Now it seems more doable. I'm not going to change my goal now, of course --want to get the pride of success first-- but I plan to keep working after I reach my stated goal.
School starts for the kids this week, which I am *so* glad about. Our daughter starts kindergarten and she is very excited. The little one starts in a new preschool soon and she's excited about that too. I'm excited to finally get back into a regular routine soon!

You are so close! I think it is a fabulous idea to kwwp the goal where it is so you get the satisfaction of reaching it. Even knowing that you want more, you had success. WAY TO GO!!

You go, girl! It must be great to look back at how your hard work has paid off. Plus it's got to be good for the girls to see that exercise and a healthy diet are a normal and good part of life. I hope to pass that on to my kids.
