Well 30 days of strict paleo put me down 6 lbs. I have however been eating whatever I want for the last 2 weeks so im thrilledthe scale only jumped 1/2 lb. Getting back on track with the no sugar/no carbs. I have noticed a HUGE change in my mood since I have gone back so looking forward to "clean" eating again. Not having those afternoon slumps are totally worth not eating sugar! It really was amazing to see the difference and I guess that was my whole point all along!
