SO FRUSTRATED!!! I followed my program 100%. Ate the proper foods, exercised daily, drank a ton of water, and got plenty of rest. I cannot imagine how I did not lose. I am on antibiotics but have only had 3 doses, and cannot imagine that did it. I feel God is teaching me to have faith in Him and let Him be in charge. So now the challenge is to stay faithful to Him and my plan. I tell myself that before I got on the scale I felt empowered, lighter, healthy, and proud, but after the number...why did all my feelings evaporate? Nothing changed except the scale, so here we go again
