I have been following Metabolic research centers diet but pretty loosely. I don't always weigh my foods as I should. And I don't stick to it as often as I should. For instance, I had a beer 2 days ago. And I had a couple grapes, and onions and rice. I'm pretty sure that threw me out of ketosis. But now they're starting a challenge, for the next 6 weeks, & I think I'm going to do very well! Good luck to all of you and your way of eating
