Highest Weight yet 413.4.. And I ain’t no spring chicken so I suppose I will have to be patient. I really just want to be healthy and feel great!! First goal is 50 to 60 lbs off . I don’t really have an end weight in mind, because that would trigger my obsessive mode lol Small goals is key but most importantly, I want to listen to what my body is feeling versus what size are my jeans.
