missgareau's Logboek, 29 aug 07

This morning i started off great, ate something for breakfast. Still keeping in mind what my calorie count is. Today I will be working out because I wasn't able to workout yesturday, day went right by. So today i will give it 110% of effort. My weight is pretty much staying approx. at the same spot, within 5 lbs. But now that my muscles are starting to work with those TAE BO DVD's i shouldn't have much trouble to lose the weight i want to lose.

I'm pumped to get this weight off, and there's no stopping me now, i will not give up i will stick to my workout routine :)
