really disappointed with the gain. was on vacation and only drank water all week, only ate at meal time and thought I was being sensible. very few snacks. hiked and walked pretty regularly. sad face.

Could just be a tiny bit of water bloat. If you fly or drive (any time where you sit for long periods) you can bloat. If you ate out a lot, food has tons of sodium. Just keep drinking the water and stay on plan. It will come off before you know it and then some.
