Set up more challenges today. I seem to need to have lots of specific things to tick off every day to keep motivated. I get bored so easily! I have to keep doing this till the end of September though. I really want to lose that weight.

Thanks. I walk a different route every day, and have to do things like counting rabbits to add a bit of interest. My highest rabbit count was 14 so far. One evening there was only 1! I think it's because a dog had chased most of them away, lol.
