So, the weigh loss after the spike day Saturday seems to finally begin. I was, of course, prepared that it'd take a couple of days for it to get going - that's what happens when you "over-eat", and this proves to do just that. I lost 600 grams of the gained weight since yesterday, and I am sure more will come the next few days. I am still 1.3 kgs from my lowest weigh in so far, but let's see if I can' make it there before next spike day comes up. :) Life is good!
