My life turned completely upside down beginning in March of this year. I lost my job in March, my Mother passed away on Mothers day and I fell into a depression. But God was with me thru it all, and I got a new job the end of June. It is only part time, but I am praying that it will turn into full time. I now know that I have to get myself back together and move on. I used food for comfort, I always have. Today is a new day and I will give thanks!!

God Bless you, Beth, I know exactly what you are going through... I lost my marriage, my family (my girls were old enough to move out and move on..) my home, my mother and then my only sister and my brother was diagnosed with CA within a couple of years.... I was a complete mess! But, you WILL be okay! Love yourself the way you are on your way to being the self you want to be.... and you know, I'm trying to look at having my body look (and feel!) the way I want it to be my reward instead of letting food be my reward.... maybe that could help you too... Hang in there...we're here for you ! : )
