Did a 2 hour walk today, double what I've been doing. Really enjoyed it and extremely pleased with myself! Also feeling lucky to live near such beautiful countryside!
78,7 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 2,0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 7,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
