9st 2.5 (half on at WW despite not eating all afternoon and not having dinner before I went as I worked late! Same thing happened last time I did this but sorted out the following week so maybe this time will be the same...altho I had been very bad last week and not much better this week as even the most cursory glance at my food diary will reveal, so I wouldn't count on it lol!) Actually lost 0.2lb but not enough to be worth changing my weight on here :-) Enjoying the Bounts #couchto50k programme, the girls are still on board (albeit somewhat grudgingly at times!) and today we had a great time mountain biking at a nearish-by track, my first time :-) It was a toss up between terrifying and exhilarating but once I survived it I loved it!
