I’m staying on track but the weight loss is so slow! I expected that being in my 50’s would mean weight loss is tough. I just didn’t expect so many regular weight plateau’s.
60,4 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 10,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 3,7 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Unfortunately I too know how hard it is in your fifties to drop the weight. Lol 😆 51 actually. If I stick to the tracking it does work. It’s tough though. We Just have to support each other. 😘
