Weigh-in starting Week #4 Ancient Scheme (Day 22). Very pleased with the results from Week #3 with the added fatty acids and essential fats during the week. ~300 meals eaten in the first 22 days of the Ancient Scheme with increased intensity and overall strength in each body part workout. July 13th complete blood panel results came in over the weekend in the mail and show all numbers in optimal range. Will follow up with another complete blood screen following Week #20 in Nov.
