This is really going to be a tough week for me as I will not be able to go to the gym or take my regular walks. On some good news here my knee is feeling better so I am going to start working out on my Pilates machine alittle at a time as I don't want to blow it. Maybe try some of that ab work you mentioned John, by the way you are way ahead of me on the fit bit. Have a good one.
