Weight has stayed the same, which I am quite happy with. However, tomorrow I am off to Penzance with a group from the local Ramblers, returning home on Friday. Am thinking cooked breakfasts, Cornish pasties, Cream teas and ice cream balanced of course with plenty of walking ! 🚶♀️🌞🦀🐚🏖️ Hope I don't come home with too much excess baggage! 🤣
