I have made a conscious note to myself. I will be doing a journal entry at least every other day . I have a bully at home , it is what he says that hurt the most . Some say u wouldn't put up with that . But at 67 years of age I ain't leaving with no where to go . And with my health problems I couldn't leave . I am an older woman, not that steady on her feet . But hey oh , we carry on regardless . Now this diet thingy , where do I see myself?? This is my biggest pain . I have yo yoed up and down all my diet life . Now I have to stand firm , don't fall over this time . I have some beautiful dresses 👗 that at the moment are just too tight . This is gonna be for me .
