Ok, well, we went over significantly on the carbs yesterday having gone to a bbq restaurant for dinner with friends. Although the bbq was delicious, there was very little else we could eat on our diet and so we really splurged with fried okra and cole slaw and then topped it off with a beer. Only .2lbs gained and I console myself that I'm sure it wasn't really that many carbs as the breading was falling off the okra! Oh well, I'm feeling good about my weigh loss and I'm sure it won't prevent me from losing this week.
