Good grief!! On the bright side, I haven't smoked in nearly 5 months and have restarted by walking program and logging my food, both of which are so important in keeping the weight off.
78,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 5,4 kg.    Nog te gaan: 17,2 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

I picked up some poundage when I quit smoking too. Occupying my hands and mouth were calories instead of nicotine. Slow and steady will get you there though!
