Continuing on this march to better health, increased confidence and general good feeling. Since renewing my commitment to better health, I’ve lost 4.5 pounds and 2 inches from various wobbly places.
It has been challenging and painful. My lack of movement over the last years has taken a toll.
I’ve been reminded about the importance of stretching.
I’ve been reminded of the need to stay away from empty calories.
I’ve resolved to log everything I consume to keep myself accountable and knowledgable about my choices.
Now back to stretching …
