I am so happy to see movement finally after a 1-week stall. but I can also attribute that to my hormones, periods. I am 1.6 kg away from making it out of the triple digits. I know at some point I'm overthinking it and I need to take a beat and really focus on the small victories. I haven't been able to lose this much weight in the last two years and that's big. So losing around 6kgs within a month is a big victory right now.
