Definitely glad to be back on track with my diet again. One thing I have learned about lifestyle change is when you gain a couple of pounds, don't beat yourself up about it. Learn from it by analyzing your habits and making the transition back to doing the right things. Setbacks are common, but don't let those setbacks keep you from the ultimate goal of health and happiness.
