Making great progress. Only suggestions I'll make are high protein (0.75 g / 1 lb body weight per day), for carb fixes because we all need them, high protein pastas, and portion control on sweets. You look to be on a similar road as I am. Started at 315 (Oct 15th 22) today at 188
