Okay, so, it's really rare that I sweat. I go to 100 degree weather and I just manage. I row my rowing machine and I have no issue. I go through a bodybuilding routine and it's all good. This latest routine? Somebody help me wring my shirt out. :( Creatine and carbs back in the diet seem to be raising water weight, but I think, all things considered, I should be fairly stable at around 2600 calories. A couple of weeks will tell.

I sweat like a racehorse when I exercise or walk. I make it a point of drinking powerade zero daily. Your new routine? I too am a dog person, but have a temporary resident until my son finds another apartment. HCB My sons cat runs to whomever is whistling. Miss Much is a lover but will give me a swat when I touch her tail.
