Good morning me! Today is August,26,2024 the last week of “Raw August” and it has been going so well, you feel great dropping weight, skin look good, no bloating or stomach pain, no joint pain sleeping real good waking up feeling refreshed and the hot flashes has stop… but can you keep it going is this way of eating sustainable? I mean it’s good for and you feel good doing it but how long can you keep it up 😂… ok let’s try 85% raw with some kind of fish or shrimp once or twice a week… one cooked meal a day (still veggies or hot oatmeal) snacking on nuts and fruit only no process food and if you eat bread make it Ezekiel bread only… sounds good!
