It kind of feels like there is no justice in the world. I was so bad....yet I lost some. The weight loss gods must be with me.
So to review. 6 cookies last Thursday..assorted minor infractions, a Macdonald's salad, and chocolate chocolate chocolate (OMG I must have had like 10 choco pretzels, and 7 tortugas, 4 assorted truffles.).
Exercise 3x DDR for 10 games (1 hour), it's about 12 points gained per session. And a boxing game that had my sholders and arms aching.
I really should have gained this week. (due to my calculation)
Positive things I noticed recently (mostly today): Interesting muscle tone in calves, good face day, easier to cross legs,and less blurry/more defined tattoo.
A negative positive thing. I have some funky soft shrively skin...I assume this is the beginning of a "hanging skin" scenario. I think I need to see about elastic skin vitamins or something.
Also this was my 16th week of Weight Watchers so I got my stay and succeed key charm. Woot!
