I had a bad day yesterday so I had fried chicken & coleslaw from CH****'s to console me- yes, I am STILL an emotional eater. Nuff said. N e who, I still did ok b/c I had just eaten my usual bacon&eggs for breakfast. I had to stop and thank God for somewhat even-keel-ing affect low-carbing has on me. I could have really over did my no-no eating (like I had done for soooo-o many years) but I didn't & thank The Man for that, really. Today is a much better day & I am determined to persevere through it... even though Wednesdays are turning out to be THE worst day of my work week.
